As part of the European Union´s SNS-JU TrialsNet project, YBVR delivered an unparalleled fan experience, demonstrating how Virtual Reality (VR) and immersive video can transform live sporting events in collaboration with Telefonica, Ericsson España, and Universidad Carlos III Madrid.   The trial ran during a high-stakes basketball faceoff between Movistar Estudiantes and Súper Agropal Palencia, giving fans an unforgettable viewing experience. The 2023 NASCAR Cup Series Playoffs will be available in mixed reality. NASCAR and XTADIUM are once again teaming up to give NASCAR fans the ultimate viewing experience. All 10 of the NASCAR Cup Series Playoffs races can be watched in this new, mixed-reality experience on Meta Quest headsets, with content becoming available 48 hours after the conclusion of each event.
