EuroLeague TV VR – FAQs

1. What can I find on the EuroLeague TV VR app?

You can find access to all Live games from Turkish Airlines EuroLeague Final Four 2024. You can also find highlights in VR from the previous 3 Final Fours and more highlights from the regular season and playoffs 2022-23. After the F4, you’ll also be able to watch highlights from the games, exclusive Behind-The-Scenes content in 360°, and more. Get the apps here.

2. Is EuroLeague TV the same as EuroLeague TV VR?

No. They are different Apps. On EuroLeague TV you can find what is specified here, and on EuroLeague TV VR you can find the content commented on the previous question.

3. On which devices can I watch the Final Four in VR?

You can watch it on EuroLeague TV VR for Meta Quest Headsets (VR), Android* and iOS devices.

For iOS, you might have to pay for the App with all the content inside. You can redeem your Virtual Ticket on up to two devices as long as they are Android and/or Meta Quest headsets.

*Some Android terminals are not compatible with our Live streaming. Please confirm with our team if you have doubts.

4. What can I do on EuroLeague TV VR?

You can watch all the content commented on question 1. The content will be fully immersive, taken with 180° and 360° cameras, and you will be able to choose between multiple camera angles at all times, feeling like “switching places in the venue” without leaving home. The camera change functionalities can now be used on the existing highlights, too.

5. I am a EuroLeague TV subscriber. Can I access the VR content for free?

No. Access the Apps and check the conditions that apply for your location.

6. Where can I find my Virtual Ticket?

You should have received an email with your Virtual Ticket on the email you used for the purchase.

7. Do I require a Virtual Ticket to use the App?

No, you can use the App and watch highlights from previous years for free. Nevertheless, to watch the live games, you have to purchase a ticket.

In case of iOS, you’ll have to purchase the App itself to access the content.

8. Is the content available in my region?

The VoD content is available worldwide.

The Live games in VR of the 2024 Final Four are available in Albania, Andorra, Armenia, Austria, Belarus, Belgium, Bosnia H., Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, England, Estonia, Finland, France, Georgia, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Kazakhstan, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxemburg, Malta, Moldova, Montenegro, Netherlands, North Macedonia, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, San Marino, Scotland, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, Ukraine, Vatican City

9. What should I do if I’m experiencing technical issues using the EuroLeague TV VR app?

Make sure that you have the most updated version and that your internet connection is stable. If the problem persists, please get in touch with our team using the orange icon in the bottom right of this screen.

10. What credit cards or methods of payment are accepted?

Payment by credit or debit card: This method of payment is the main available option for this Event. Tickets can only be purchased by an active credit or debit card (American Express, Visa, MasterCard and local banks) with the relevant CVC. Or with Google and Apple wallets.

11. What type of information will be required, and will my credit card be safe?

After selecting the card of your choice, please enter your card number, expiry date, name of owner and the CVC (three-digit number on the back side of the credit card). SSL encryption for secure credit card payment has been adopted to ensure the confidentiality of your credit or debit card data.  Payment provider is fully PCI DSS 3.2 compliant as a Level 1 Service Provider. This means that from the moment they are entered and transferred on the internet, they cannot be read.

12. What is the refund policy?

No refunds will be provided for virtual tickets if the ticket holder is unable to attend the event due to personal reasons or technical difficulties beyond our control. For exceptions, check the Refund Policy here.
