EuroLeague TV VR – Refund Policy


1. Refund Policy: No refunds will be provided for virtual tickets if the ticket holder is unable to attend the event due to personal reasons or technical difficulties beyond our control.

2. Refund Process: To request a refund, ticket holders must contact us at this form and provide their ticket ID and country. Refund requests will be processed within 5 business days of receipt, and refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the ticket purchase. Refunds will be issued in the same currency and amount as the original transaction.

3. Refund Exceptions: Virtual tickets purchased for EuroLeague F4 in VR are eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

  • The event is canceled or rescheduled by the EuroLeague, resulting in the ticket holder being unable to watch the event Live on the new date.
  • The VR service is cancelled.
  • Technical problems lead to malfunctioning of the VR experience worldwide or on the specific territory where the user is.

4. Event Cancellation or Rescheduling:

  • In the event of a cancellation or rescheduling of the virtual event by the EuroLeague, ticket holders will be notified via email provided during the ticket purchase process.
  • Refunds will be automatically processed for canceled events, while rescheduled events will provide ticket holders with the option to attend the event on the new date or request a refund.

Note: This refund policy applies specifically to virtual tickets purchased for 2024 Turkish Airlines EuroLeague Basketball Final Four Berlin in VR. Other events or products may have different refund policies.
